MISSION STATEMENT

At Titus Management Group, our role as manufacturer’s representatives is to introduce and sell to distributor and dealer networks in the market place with our primary focus being on system integration sales. Titus management Group additionally performs continued follow up, training and equipment application services of the products it represents at distributor, dealer and end user locations. The scope of the company’s role also includes participation at regional and national trade show and industry events. Titus Management Group is structured and motivated to make sure that our sales staff recognizes any opportunities to present and market the products we represent. This synergy extends our business capabilities far beyond those of the traditional single-niche representatives. Because of our experience and knowledge of the industries we represent, we at Titus Management Group are able to assist Manufacturers in developing their business model while providing support, marketing and training for all appropriate sales channels. The entire Titus staff fully realizes that the mission of a successful sales team is the ability to introduce new products while continuing to efficiently promote and expand our current product offering. Successfully accomplishing this enables our manufacturing partners to reduce direct employee expenses (salary, medical insurance and travel costs). Outsourcing sales enables manufacturers the ability to pre-determine field-selling expenses as a percentage of sales and to reduce the need for working capital. Titus believes most strongly that our professional staff must have strong technical & application knowledge and that we must impart this expertise to the product users. Titus welcomes the challenge of introducing new products and ideas to the security industry. Today’s industry giants such as George Risk Industries (GRI), Labor Saving Devices and Sicunet, whose names weren’t always common place in the security industry, have all relied on us. Our experience, industry knowledge, vast network of security dealers and system integrators helps us to substantially increase sales as well as create and maintain brand name and product awareness.
